To help develop a better program for our youth, Raider Community and coaches, I have added a coaches' Evaluation Form for parents to complete. Once you have completed the form you can print it out and return it to my football mail box at NYSA office or email it to me, Football Commissioner, Andy Anderson,
Please feel free to complete the form as often as you feel you need too. I would like, as a minimum, one from each parent each season. The form can help promote the positive characteristics of a coach or identify areas that need improvement for our coaches or program.
